Collection: Calipers
Brake calipers are key components of the braking system that press the pads against the rotor, converting brake fluid pressure into braking force. Inside the caliper, there is a piston (or pistons) which, under pressure from the pedal, moves the pads towards the rotor. Calipers come in floating and fixed versions, and on the rear axle, they are often integrated with the handbrake mechanism. An efficient brake caliper directly affects safety, evenness, and braking effectiveness.
A damaged or seized caliper exhibits characteristic symptoms: the car pulling to one side during braking, uneven or accelerated wear of pads and rotors, wheel locking and excessive heating, squealing, and brake fluid leaks. The most common causes are piston seizure, corrosion of the guide pins, and damaged rubber boots. A malfunctioning caliper seriously reduces braking effectiveness, so a damaged component should be replaced with a new substitute immediately.
In this collection, you will find brake calipers – floating and fixed, for front and rear axles, left and right, also in versions with a handbrake – suitable for popular makes and models of passenger cars and commercial vehicles. We offer replacements from trusted manufacturers, whose quality of workmanship, sealing, and durability correspond to factory-fitted parts. In our store, you can also complete other braking system components that cooperate with the caliper, such as brake pads and rotors, repair kits and caliper guide pins, and brake lines.
Each brake caliper must be matched to a specific car model, axle, and mounting side – before purchasing, it is worth verifying the part number to select the correct replacement. After replacing the caliper, remember to bleed the braking system. We offer brake calipers at competitive prices, with fast delivery.
