EBC ULTIMAX2 brake pads are designed for passenger cars, vans, and SUVs as an ECE R90 compliant replacement for original equipment. The friction compound, with a nominal friction coefficient of 0.46, ensures effective and stable braking, reduced dusting, and disc wear up to 50% lower than more abrasive semi-metallic pads. Anti-vibration shims, chamfered edges, an expansion slot, and a BRAKE-IN coating shorten the break-in process, reduce noise and vibration, and help minimize moderate pulsation during braking. Manufactured in the UK, they perform best in everyday road use.
