The friction compound, with a nominal friction coefficient of 0.46, ensures effective and stable braking, reduced dust, and up to 50% less disc wear compared to more abrasive semi-metallic pads. Anti-vibration shims, chamfered edges, an expansion slot, and a BRAKE-IN coating shorten the break-in period, reduce noise and vibration, and help minimize moderate braking pulsation. Manufactured in the UK, they are primarily suitable for everyday road use.
