EBC Racing RP-1 brake pads are designed for competition cars used on closed tracks. The carbon friction compound reinforced with aramid fibers maintains a stable friction coefficient at temperatures reaching and exceeding 750°C, ensuring high braking power, precise modulation, and repeatable pedal feel under high thermal load. The material combines high durability with limited disc wear, making it suitable for long and intense sessions. RP-1 pads do not have ECE R90 homologation, so they are not approved for use on European public roads.
